June 23, 2024 at 1:13 amTerrible customer service. Condescending owner. Unwilling or unable to understand a simple request. Is not a customer friendly business. Her way or the highway, once she has you by the short-hairs. As the tire professional you would think she would recognize a set of after market valve stem caps and return them with the vehicle. And when questioned about them, she turned it into an attack on her personally. Never addressing the whereabouts of the caps. Trying to fob me off with a handful of rusty, used valve stem caps. Leading me to believe that she was aware of the missing caps.
